There's a lot of hype surrounding this game and I am rather sceptical about Grundislav's output quality (to the lesser extent than of Dave Gilbert's one about which I am thoroughly sceptical), but one thing everyone must admit - this guy invested in himself and took a long trip from an amateur AGS user to a fully professional artist and creator.
So drop him a few of your cents, just for this.
From the sceenshots, LLC reminds me of an old post-classical period game, The Gene Machine. I am REALLY HOPEFUL, that it's a proper game this time and doesn't share inferior puzzle quality with GM.

I think Gilbert released a new game that is not Blackwell but very close to it.

They're both excellent storytellers who just happen to use adventure game medium. Which is positive, because AGS gameworld wouldn't be the same without them, but also sad, because they really don't create games, but interactive novels.
