Tournament with PHP??

Hello everybody!

I would like to make somekind of a online tournament... Visitors should vote for their favorite (or whatever), which/who gets then into the next stage. I think it could be done best with PHP but I know nothing about coding php or any other script language...
So I need your help! Can anyone program that for me? Or does anyone know a template for that?
Please ask if there are further questions....
