Quick reply button seems to disappear some places.
It seems the quick reply button is only available to me in some threads... Any idea why? Haven't been paying attention to which forums it hit, but will do from now on. So far it hit me in the "happy-today"-thread.

Quick reply is a forum-specific setting so either it's missing for all threads in a forum or it's in all of them. It should be available in all forums. Let me know if it seems to be missing in some forums, because I do see it everywhere I looked at...
