No, it's not an AGS-made parody of Heroes.... Wake of Gods is an unofficial expansion of Heroes III featuring new maps, monsters, objects, improved editor, improved AI etc.. Plotwise it places itself between H-III and H-IV. It is in development since 2001, but since the improvements are limited by the game's engine the main goal at the moment is to completely rewrite the source code of Heroes III allowing the game to have much more possibilities than it originally has. This project is called VCMI.
The sad fact is that Wake of Gods it is not a standalone game, so it works only with Heroes III installed, but it is free to download and play, nonetheless.
