Ragmeg Alleycat is a "bike messenger"-themed action/dodging game, a fast paced reverse Paperboy where you have to collect packages and avoid collisions in an alleycat bike race through the evening rush hour traffic.
Features single- and hotseat two player mode, two gameplay styles: fixed and freewheel, cool music, pixelart graphics, weather changes, any kind of road traffic incident you can imagine and tons of crazy action.

Re: Ragmeg Alleycat
Ive been playing it for a longer while. This game has really steep learning curve. I dont like two things - first, it is sometimes impossible to not hit people on crosswalk, because there's too many of them; second, there's so many things happening at the same time and so many ways of collecting points that it's hard to choose what to do during next seconds. When you ride the wrong lane for example you cannot do wheelies, because you lose a life very quickly. I dont think this the flaw however, I think game's hectic pace and accumulation of events is premeditated and is part of its charm.
And besides. Between you, me and the gatepost, I always sucked at arcades.

Not much to say about this game except that it is a fun and neat acade game.
I found it easiest to drive against the traffic since there was less cars in total, even though i needed faster dodging time. I found it possible to avoid the cars and still do wheelies as long as i didn't make the wheelies too high, so i could faster get on both wheels.

Remember that you can ride pavements (and later parks) safely if there's too much traffic on road. It wont prevent you from hitting passers-by or lamp posts of course and you score zero points then.

Good old retro arcade fun. It reminds me of "Paperboy" in a certain way (mostly when it comes to avoiding all kind of vehicles and people on the street). The game isn't easy, but it's quite entertaining and you will play it for a while to get the different jerseys and to see new areas.
I have to admit that after a while I didn't even play for highscore any longer, but just to get all jerseys and to see how good I can get with the different moves/ways to score.
