Been looking for another bridge between present and past...

...and downloaded meself CCS64. Always wanted to, but somehow never had enough time to meddle with Commy emulation. So, it's the first time Im using C64 emulator and I'm happy and I decided to dedicate the standalone topic for this declaration. :D

Giana Sisters was the blatant first choice, but I needed a simple and easily handled game to make myself familiar with engine. But Im slowly penetrating deeper layers of Commodore universe.

Good old CCS64. I used that a lot some years ago. Do you want me to upload my collection of C64 games that is still on my HD?

Ive downloaded Jungle Hunt and Krakout, probably the first games Ive ever seen. Funny how things which you consider important turn out to be much less impressive after years. Jungle Hunt is mediocre, even for an 8-bit game; it can be beaten in few minutes and gameplay isnt very entertaining.

Now Krakout, that's the legend. I wonder if there are any free remakes of this gem. True remakes, not games inspired by it.
