A very strange RPG game (made with RPG Maker 2003). Graphics are grotesque, story is redundant, music is great but depressing, boss fights are easy and still the game is appealing in a strange way and got lots of praise in the indie community last year. I read a comment that claimed it's because of the fact that the game deconstructs the genre and undermines the players' expectations. Might be true.
