"Lethal Application" is a platform game with a quite unique gameplay element. You can only move when you fire your big gun. The recoil will push the character to the opposite of her shot direction. This way you have to reach the level exit at the top of the tower. Of course this isn't easy, because there are lots of enemies and obstacles. And last but not least, your energy runs low with every shot you fire, so you have to refill it on a regular base.
There are 10 levels plus several boss fight levels. Dialogues between the levels are in japanese, but you can easily skip them. There also seems to be an english translation, but I haven't found it yet.
