Space Short Bus

Post by Pater Alf »

That's how life should be in the 21st century: In the year 200x, space kids fly to intergalactic space class in the SPACE SHORT BUS!

Game is a mixture between "Space Taxi", "Choplifter" and "Moon Lander" and was an entry for the 2009 TIGSource Assemblee competition. Pick up all pupils and take them to orbit.

Enjoyable!

Does anyone have this on their computer? It seems to be lost otherwise (at least for me).

Now I've tried it, and it has some shortcomings that annoy me - unfortunately ALOT. It seems students are not very liked in that century as cannon turrets fire at them when they fly to school. I wonder why that is`? Should they be rebels collected to go back to base, then I understood, but it doesn't fit the whole storyline. It seems like playing Paperboy, and worrying about the mob... Not fitting to the concept.

The whole manouvre-side of the game was more than enough to keep me trapped in the game for a while, but the turrets never stopped bothering me...

So a good game but with shortcomings.
