The Goonies Remake

Post by Pater Alf »

Another remake of "The Goonies". This time it's a remake of the great action adventure/platform game that was originally published by U.S. Gold for the Spectrum, the Amstrad CPC, the Commodore 64, the Apple II and the Atari 400/800 xl.

"Help the Goonies to find one-eye Willy’s treasure for saving their house and avoid the horrible Fratelli’s family. Are you ready to join-us ?

In each level you control two members of the Goonies. You must cooperate to reach the exit and so come closer to Willy’s treasure. At the beginning of the levels a parchment will give you some clues to make your way through it. In your adventure you’ll have to use levers, push objects or use certain mechanisms, but principally you have to avoid the contact with the Fratellis and the other enemies that you’ll met during your journey."

Developer: Luis Barrachina, David Vassart, Steve Fenton and Mihaly Horvath

A somewhat uninteresting game. The controls seems a bit stiff to me.
