BaboViolent 2 is one of the few freeware games that provides true pick-up-and-play gaming. In BaboViolent 2 you take control of a small orb from a top-down view, equip some weapons, and pump everyone full of lead.
The gameplay is just downright fun. SoupHat and I mainly played Capture-The-Flag, but we spent most of our time killing everyone rather than flag stealing.
Each time you die you can hit escape and change your weapon. You have your primary weapon, a secondary weapon (a knife, a shield, or a kamikaze nuke), two grenades, a Molotov cocktail, and no questions asked.
Each weapon has its strengths and weaknesses and each one feels uniquely satisfying. The shotgun has just the right amount of kick to it, the machine gun shoots at a nice rate of fire, the bazookas, flamethrowers, and others also have their own little tidbits of euphoria.
Overall, BaboViolent 2 is a great game to play with your friends. It's easy to hop in and start blasting away, so give it a shot!

It looks funny and violent, and unfortunately not shareable for us, as the license says. But we can still spread the word about this here in the forums. It seems to have an appeal in its simplicity.

Looks interesting. And at the same time it looks like a game in which I won't survive for longer than 30 seconds. I'm really a complete moron when it comes to that kind of games...

I don't understand sorry. What license? lol I'm new here. And Yes its simplicity is amazing and suprisingly addictive. And when you start out most newbies use the shotgun and bazooka and flamethrower. These guys rack up a lot of kills. The bazooka and shotgun can be a a one hit kill with full health. Once you learn how to play, your skill level increases dramatically. I'm Australian and our community is not what it use to be. It use to have around a 50-100 player base. And for 4 14 slot servers, that's A LOT. Now we will about 1-1 1/2 servers. About 30 people actively play. So yeah we would really appreciate all the public awareness we can get. Its a great game and I guarantee you will love it. Game Hippo gave it 10/10.Chroelle wrote: and unfortunately not shareable for us, as the license says. The you tube video is of the pros of the game. So they are the best of the best so don't be too discouraged. Also, on the RndLabs website I linked in my opening post. On there you can find very helpful tutorials, they will improve your skill alot if you follow what they suggest.

About the license. It wasn't meant as an attack, more of a grievance about us not being able to host it.
We host games that can be hosted if they are good enough quality, even online ones, but this one can't be hosted - it says in its license, so I was just telling the community this.
You did everything right, so dont worry.
And welcome!

Well, the regulars are from Germany, Denmark, Poland, USA, Canada and Finland. We get a lot of brittish visitors I believe, but I have no idea how many of them read the forums, and how many just download games from the download-sites.
