Beacon

Post by eMTe »

You wake up in a dark cave. Your only guide out of it is the light beacon which suddenly descends from darkness. From creator of Skullpogo comes this damn atmospheric game.

I think this game is quite good. It really manages to convey the feeling of having to follow that beacon to stay alive.

This is an amazing game! You have to grab hold of your seat at times to make sure that you are not caught in a dark cave... I dare you to shut the light and close all doors around you and let the only light be the beacons light on your screen - and then NOT PANIC when it moves out of the way...

Mean twist in the end, I'm not sure if I like it... :diablo:

But I have to admit that the game is quite atmospheric. Success however depends very much on timing and your ability to commit the level design to memory.

Nice game for a single run, but I fear there is not much replayability.
