Spare a Thought for the Little Guy

SATFTLG tells the story of the man who is fired from work and wife leaves him (with his own boss), taking kids of course. However helpful devil appears who only waits for our desperate guy to sign a pact...

Forgetting the premise, basic goal of the game is to collect lost souls in each level and reach the exit. Game features beautiful retro graphics, annoying controls (left/right cursors + A/Z keys + space=jump) and is hard nonetheless.

The game is hard without any question, but I think the difficulty is ok. You will need some time before you complete it, but if it would be easier you would solve a game with just 10 levels much too quick. Gameplay itself isn't spectacular and I don't think there is anything you haven't seen in other games before. But I liked the retro feeling and especially the music and the intro sequence.
