Open Sonic is just another Sonic clone, with cooperation needed and speed needed for completing. It is a good Sonic clone nonetheless, and should be credited for this. You might as well be playing the real oldschool sonic adventures as playing this, so I will recommend it to Sonic fans.

I was stuck on the boss in Exotic Paradise act 3. The strategy i found worked was this:

Use Knuckles, and let the shots hit you so they dont hit and blow away the floor, and then immediately get as many rings back as possible, and whenever you have time you should climb up the walls and hit him.

Edit: spoilerified it.

Perhaps that should be a spoiler? :)

But yes, we have one.

Just use [*spoiler] [*/spoiler] (without the *s of course).

"Open Sonic" is a pretty good Sonic clone. I like the level design and the fact that the characters really have to cooperate to reach the goal. Of course there are not many levels included, but if you want more, you can download several fanmade levels (I haven't checked the quality though) from the homepage or create your own ones using the editor.

Funny. Two years passed since I played this game, I run it, get to the title screen and...my keyboard doesnt respond. Either it's a bug or some evil coincidence.

Resolved. Each time I have run opensonic.exe Avast decided that it is possibly dangerous and encouraged me to open file in sandbox. Since I never had any problems with running any program that Avast considered for its mysterious reasons suspicious, via sandbox, and always clicked yes just for sake I was doing this for Open Sonic also.
