Picross Mania

Post by eMTe »

Formerly shareware, rereleased by MJK Games as freeware.

Features three game modes: challenge, time attack and custom level.

If you dont know what picross is it is kind of puzzle similar to Sudoku. There's rectangular grid in which certain number of squares must be coloured black and all you know is how many black squares are in each column and row. What's most important always some kind of pic is revealed when you finish.

Sounds similar to certain game with bombs, huh?

A brilliant brain teaser. A great way to spend some time with some almost soduko. I am not the big soduko fan and I still played this for half an hour.
I would recommend this to anyone who likes soduko and puzzles. This is an excellent substitute to Windows Solitaire when you dont know what to mess with for a while. I will write my dad-in-law to tell him about this one for sure.

An excellent and very addictive puzzle game. I ended up playing this for the whole afternoon and evening when I just wanted to try it for some minutes. Difficulty ranges from very easy to very hard. And as there are different modes and additional downloadable levels as well as a level editor to create your own ones, there should be no wishes left.
