Cocktails and other spirits

What is your favourite cocktails or spirits, and which great mix-ups did we never hear of that you know etc....

This is of course to make the collection of alcoholic threads complete...

I am a gin drinker normally. My growing up with Hip-hop and especially Snoop Doggy Dogg has made me a Gin and Juice drinker even though I dont hear the music or live the culture anymore...

I have however found that some of those "girly" cocktails are rather nice and fits me well at a party.

I now drink moslty Mojitos:
1.25 oz Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
12 mint leaves
1 tbsp sugar
0.5 oz lime juice
2 oz soda

Its a very sour but refreshing drink, but can kick your feet away from under you if you dont watch out...

I also drink Tom Collins:
2 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
3 oz club soda
1 maraschino cherry
1 slice orange

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir and garnish with the cherry and the orange slice.

Not that I am a fan of cocktails, also sorry for no measurements I did the list from memory

If you can do this sort of list from memory you need to add more alcohol to your cocktails....
