F-1 Spirit

This is the unofficial remake of Konami's F-1 SPIRIT which was originally
released in 1987 for the MSX home computer systems.

This might be one of the better F1 games I have played in quite some time (think decades).

The options alone of how you want to race, what you want to race, and what you have to look for during the race! Amazing.

Also the fact that there are 50 cars on the track with you is something that is lacking in so many other games. Honestly how real do you feel when driving the Super Le MAns rce or something with 5 other crs on the track. Now this is realism.

The controls did annoy me a bit though:
CURSOR LEFT/RIGHT : turn
CURSOR UP/DOWN : shift gears
SPACE : accelerate
M : brake
ESCAPE : pause/options menu during game
F12 : exits to the OS in any moment

For a long time in the first race I was pressing up, W and numpad 8 to get the car moving. Then I realised what was wrong and had a GREAT time.
I was playing with a automatic gear shift car, which most of them aren't.

This is as single player and multiplayer and network game so feel the possibilities in this one!

I like this because it's a very fast and entertaining racing game.
