DTM has little to no info coming along with the download. Its in MAcromedia flash and simply consist of racing your car and ending up in first place. You can make repairs and adjustments along the way, and the graphical side of this is really strong. The game is somewhat slow so you will propably win your first run ever.

The entire game is in German so either you have to be a good guesser or you already know German (or at least enough to make qualified guesses).

No idea about license or website.

When I look at the screenshots I would guess that it was an advertisement game for Hasseröder (a german beer)...

Höchstgeschwindigkeit = Maximum speed
Beschleunigung = Acceleration
Bremsen = Brakes
Bodenhaftung =Road grip
Lenkung = Steering
Benzin = Fuel
Schaden = Damage
