Found it by accident and wanted to share it. Funny, but also making you think... Guy believes that "if human speech or thoughts are directed at water droplets before they are frozen, images of the resulting water crystals will be beautiful or ugly depending upon whether the words or thoughts were positive or negative". I am wondering if this is an artistic name, since Emot means someone guided by feelings. And I also found this explanation:

EMOT:
generally used in internet talk, means to express an emotion of some sort is generally preceeded and followed by a *, or ::, or <> to show a feeling or emotion you are having while conducting written conversation.
