Even though it doesn't say it in the readme or anywhere else, you can turn it to full-screen by pressing F4.

Mad pace. I beat 4 levels and didnt even have time to look at health meter or bottom panel. Takes lot of time to get used to controls and know what happens around, but plays surprisingly well this antsy-fantsy game.
