Gridfire

Post by eMTe »

Remake of very old Sierra game. The aim is to destroy creatures that are invading a city, using a ship that offers movement and firing in four directions. Simple as should be, addictive and very difficult.

I remember that I played "Crossfire" when I was a child and playing "Gridfire brought back some of my childhood memories.
I would say that's a remake how it should be. Nice retro graphics and sounds, simple and addictive gameplay andd even when you turn down the difficulty to easy, it gets hard after some levels.

A classic game that might only appeal to the nostalgic gamer.
Very difficult very fast!

Retro all along the way, and the whole arcade coin-up feel to it.
