Mute and graphically unappealing pure puzzler with great level design.

eMT said it all: Not very appealing when it comes to graphics and sounds (which are not existing), but as a pure puzzler it works very well. You will have to use your brain quite hard to solve all levels and it keep you occupied for a while.

I am guessing we are judging this game as one and not as 4 seperate games right?

I dont remember playing it, but I believe other three games are simply levelsets.

Personally I was just speaking about Chromatron 1 as I haven't tried the other ones so far. But I don't assume that there are so many changes in game concept and technical execution in Chromatron 2-4...

How about checking all 4 games and deciding only then? :)

I just checked it and all Chromatron games are standalone games, but with the same concept and no improvements in graphics, sounds and gameplay. Just about 50 new brain-teasing levels in each game.

I think we can consider it as one game and there is even a download on the homepage that packed all Chromatron games in one download file...

Which was the reason I thought about this... I was going to download the first version and then I saw the compiled download...
