GunGirl

Post by eMTe »

The world has been overrun by zombies! Humanity is lost. You play as a blonde chick with a big gun who has to fight her way through the zombie hordes. To survive, you have to talk with npcs, find powerups, get new weapons and of course never run out of ammo.

Yay!!

I needed at least 20 trys to beat the first boss as well, but the game didn't crash for me afterward :P.

But I can tell you that the game doesn't get easier after that...

Can anyone please tell me some of the keys for this game. I just bought a bunch of grenades I think and I cant find the key to launching them...
So far I know that the arrowkeys moves me, and I can use CTRL to shoot and SHIFT to jump...
I read something about an inventory..

This is really an entertaining game. Graphics and soundtrack are very nice (even if the sprites are a bit too small) and there is a good level design. There are also some nice features like limited view in dark places (and even more limited view in dark underwater places) and the possibility to buy ammo between the levels.

Controlling works ok with the keyboard, but better when you use a gamepad.

Yes, you're right Chroelle. A keyboard was not originally made for playing games. It was made to replace a typewriter.

I have used a Logitech Dual Action Gamepad for a long time and i can very much recommend it. It's cheap, and works well. I've bought mine on Getmore.dk.

The beauty of having the X360 is that you can just plug in the controller to the PC when you need a gamepad. :)

Any tips for beating the monkey? I begin, see some bananas flying at me and it's over.

Run to the right. The monkey can't hit you there. As soon as he stops throwing bananas run to the left, jump up the platform and fire till he starts throwing again. Jump down, run to the right where he can't hit you and go on that way until the monkey is dead.

Ive found a stuck-in-the-wall bug. I was able to walk through the wall to nearest "open" location and continue, but bug is a bug.

Yes, that once happened to me too. I think it was in the underwater level (one or two levels after the monkey boss)...

Hm. Exactly. What means this is specific location bug, not something that can happen everywhere. Did it happen when you tried to jump on bubble fountain using umbrella power?
