Frozzd

Post by eMTe »

Frozzd is a game made for YoYoGames.com's first competition (theme: winter). You jump from planet to planet and free Mubblies. You can use them as an army to defeat the ice monsters, called the Frozzd (hence the name).
This game was inspired by Super Mario Galaxy and uses 360° rotational gravity. You can walk on any shape or form, and many different planets are put in the game. There are 12 levels that each introduce a new enemy, and a final boss battle.

What a lovely game! Interesting game concept, very cute graphics, nice music and sound effects and with a new type of enemy introduced in every level it doesn't get boring. Some more levels and a difficulty setting (it was a bit too easy for my taste) and it would be a perfect game!

However the first place in YoYoGames Winter Competition was well deserved!

Truelly is a fun game with lovely graphics and lots of different enemies. I like the fact that it is not completly linear and you can choose which planet to visit next.

Well deserved in deed!
