Seal Hunter

Post by Pater Alf »

This one is for all of you that think that "Harpooned" is too morally (and especially for Scythe)...

"It is harsh times for the Norwegian fishing industry.

The growing seal population has left the fishermen with next to no catch at all. The seals are eating all the fish and increasing in numbers each day. Two fishermen choose to take matters into their own hands to make sure no seal or other creature harming the fishing industry ever reach the ocean.

Main Features:

* 1-2 Players (Cooperative hotseat)
* 11 Weapons
* 5 action packed levels
* A variety of enemies ranging from seals to British activists
* Lots of blood, gore and other pixelated goodness" (taken from the developer's homepage)

Developer: cute 'n fluffy production

Yeah, that's more like it. I'm not being told what to think, and the game is actually challenging (pretty damn hard in single player). Reminds me of seal hunting back home. With machine guns of course.

I have an idea that "back home" is not inner-city Copenhagen but as in "ancestorial back home" - Greenland...?

If people were to hunt seals in Copenhagen, they'd probably use machine guns. :) Hells Angels vs. baby seals. I'd pay to see that. But yeah, reminds me of whacking baby seal skulls (sarcasm, baby) back in the great outdoors, where I grew up.

Thank you for finding this, PA, it's a lot of fun. I just need a second player to be on penguin duty, so I can get through level 4. There's just too much to keep an eye on by yourself.
