Devs desrciption:
Back in 1994, there had been a great deal of classic Amiga games which successfully combined the casual platformer with the action of a shoot 'em up. So when Ruff 'n Tumble came out in this year, its no suprise that it did'nt turn a huge amount of heads. Although for the people that it did decide to buy this game, they were to be rewarded with one of the finest games released for the Amiga.
This looks very nice indeed so I decided to post it here.

Last post from shezzor only a couple of days old, saying that graphics is almost 100% done. From first post (April 2009) one can also read that coding was almost 100% done, music was 100% and sfx was 80%. Optimistic.

Re: Ruff 'n' Tumble
Project was dead for more than two years and suddenly raised from the grave. Here's an excerpt of what he developer wrote on Retro Remakes just some days ago:
"...So to the real point of this post - for better or worse I've decided to go back to RnT and finally get it finished. The sole reason? Just because. Looking at the content I've done for the remake over the years, its seems silly for me to simply throw it away. And ultimately I still think this game is one of the best released for the Amiga and I want to see a proper remake of it. I will finish off the graphics first (which there seems to be very little left, end of level/world stuff and tiles) and I'm looking to create a new portable engine in SDL/OpenGL in C++, although this is undecided as yet. Porting over the original Blitz code should hopefully be straight forward enough (I hope)...."
