"Food Force" is a game made by the UN World Food Programme. It was made to draw the attention of children to the problem of climate change and hunger crises and teach them about the work the UN does to help starving people all over the world.
The game is quite good for an educational game. There are six missions to be completed (each of them explains one step of the UN help) and you can upload your final score and compare it with those of other players.
Graphics, music, sounds and voice acting are very professional and the game is quite interesting even for adult players.
I had some problems with the sounds in the cutscenes, but I think that's just a matter of my computer/my sound drivers.
Game is available for Windows and Mac.

I really liked this game because I can see myself playing this again simply to try and do better. Not meaning that I remember the insanely high score but meaning that it would just feel nice to do better if you know what I mean.
A very good educational program that I could easily use in my education had it been in Danish.
I expected less from this game, and the variety of the minigames really stomped me.
More of these games from similar organisations.

I agree. It's a good educational game and there's enough variety in the gameplay during the different missions to keep the game interesting. There is even a certain replaybility as it's not easy to get highscores in all the missions (I totally failed in finding the mines when during the transport mission).
There should be more educational games like this one!
