Bowling Blast

Post by Pater Alf »

Well made but very easy bowling game. It's hard to score anything below 180 points and the only challenge is to reach the perfect score of 300.

But the game has nice graphics, descent controls and a great soundtrack. So it is fun to play some matches when you have a couple of minutes left.

Well here are my initial game. My very first try out of this game... I think it might be a little too easy.
It was pure spares and strikes apart from one or so... I shot the last ball in the gutter to see what happened if you did that.

I told you it is easy to reach good scores that you would never be able to reach when you play real bowlng (at least not me).

On the other hand the developer wrote me that we should inform him if anyone plays a perfect game with a score of 300. He said he never heard of anyone who did it.

It sure lacks competition possibilities...
An ok game but quite easy if you look at the scores from my first game.

I downloaded this game a while back, and still play it a little here and there. Nice little game. Good to spend 10-15 minutes with, you know, just to kill some time with.

I don't remember if I rated it or not, it may be another one of those that got validated before I could jump in. That happens a lot.

I re-downloaded this recently and was playing while up north.

I noticed what appears to be a bug: No matter how you aim and throw the ball, about 80% of the time, it will go straight into the right gutter, even if you throw straight for the left gutter!

Wondering why this is. Anyone else seen this bug?

He might be writing from the frontpage and not the forums, so it is in the line below the word DOWNLOADS. Bowlingblast.zip it says. You will need a unzip program to open it. :)
