If the cockpit was a bit more complicated, I would say Infiltrator... But since it isn't, I'll say Infiltrator's predecessor. (What ever it was :D ) Gunship? (wild guess)

Only company that comes into my mind is Lucas Arts. But they did not publish too many games for C64. And even fewer simulatots... Battlehawk 1942? Nah, it does not look quite like that, besides I think it was for Amiga... mm In fact, only simulators I recall are PHM Pegasus and strike fleet. Both of them were submarine games AFAIK.. I'm puzzled. Perhaps Lucas Arts is not the company behind the game :|

Yes, you're right! A.K.A. "Behind Jaggi Lines". One of my beloved games for C-64. I spent much time to learn how play without manual :D .

Okay... Since the previous one was so easy, I'll post another one I liked but which is not as popular if I'm right...

This game was addictive, but also insanely hard. I never managed to play through it :/

Yes it is. It's a game with 'adventure' type first part, and arcade style second part. Both hard as hell :| Still, one of the best games for C64 I remember playing :) no. 5 is still alive!!! :D
