Puzzle game involving manipulation of weather seasons. Switching seasons changes environment (ice melts, plants rise etc.) which allows for some interesting puzzles.

Either the game is bugged or I dont fully understand the mechanics.
Do I have to switch seasons in order or do I have certain number of tries per each season and order is not important?
