Miner 2049er Again!

Post by Pater Alf »

A very nice remake of the old cult game "Miner 2049er" that was developed by Bill Hogue in 1982 and published for the Atari 2600, Apple II and C64.

Help Bob to clean his mine from the toxic waste and avoid all the evil creatures and mutants. But be careful: Once you jump down, you might not be able to reach the upper platforms again.

Very nice graphics and a retro soundtrack make this game well worth playing. Only technical flaw I can see is that I encountered a slowdown on my computer when I reached the bigger levels.

The slowdowns were gone when I installed the latest version (v1.3).
