Honestly, I haven't been following development since 3.1 something. Since then, creating your character is much more complex and interesting (definitely the best new feature), there's more of everything of course (a lot more) and there's some basic control over your assisting slaves. Oh, and it's up to ~1.7GB, archived - I guess that's your missing pictures. I gave it a test run of a few hours, and I found one option that wasn't implemented yet (but it said so), so it seems fairly functional.
