Re: Guess the movie
Ooh... Both guesses so far are pretty good. The main character is indeed from an intelligence agency, but not from the British. And, yep, it's Mark Hamill in the screenshot, but he's the bad guy. Both him and the main lead have done voices for video games (which probably comes as a surprise to many).Pager wrote:Time Runner?

No idea, but that guess wasn't any good. Chroelle, this was the movie thread, not the cartoon thread.Pager wrote:is that an actual movie title?

"Guyver"?
I just looked over Mark Hamills filmography on IMDB and I have to say that I am pretty amazed. This guy really did voice-overs for nearly every cartoon series during the last 10 or 15 years...

No kidding, eh? I have been looking through the same thing, and my eyes have been going buggy looking between (tv series) (voice-over) (video game) and finding actual movies...

Re: Guess the movie
Wasn't it a movie? I was sure... I did the same scavenging that the rest of the guys mention, and even found that the lead did voiceovers on the Final Fantasy games.... So it was an honest guess! And educated as well!
And Mark Hamills character was called something like Stickybeard, which could explain the abomination on his upperlip... Come on! That was a valid guess!

Another hint time: the main lead is neither Russian or German, but plays one in many Hollywood movies - usually as a mafia boss or a crazy scientist.

Hmmm, long time since I've been in this thread. Maybe "The Big Red One"?

Re: Guess the movie
Correct. For an equal amount of surprise, check out Peter Stormare's entries in IMDB. Quake 4, Red Alert 3, The Big Lebowski, Moomins, Fargo, Prison Break...Pater Alf wrote:"Hamilton"?
Recommended. Sure, it's a bit dated by now, but definitely shows that the Swedes can make action movies. For an another one, check out Livväkterna (Executive Protection).
