Games in the 'your ad here' banner

Post by monosandal »

Hello everyone! What a beautiful website. I bet there's a beautiful community behind it.

Anyways, I was wondering which game the fourth and last image on the 'your ad here' (it actually says "[Logo] The Home of Quality Freeware Gaming" but I think it actually means "your ad here" or maybe "your ad here at The Home of Quality Freeware Gaming") comes from.

(I see the first is from the very enjoyable and aptly named Death Worm, second from Battle for Wesnoth I believe, third from one of those RPGs, or adventures, I intend to have a closer look at, and the fourth? It looks very intriguing...)

So, any ideas?

My advance gratitude,

Hi, I did choose the pictures more or less random, but let's see. You're right about the two first ones. The third one is A Tale of Two Kingdoms, not a RPG but an adventure game Sierra-style. The fourth is Scorched 3D a remake of the good old Scorched Earth (a Worms-style game).

We do use it as an ad on other sites, but sometimes when no-one has bought ad space from us, it shows that as an placeholder instead on our site. Maybe we could use a different placeholder ad, but that's the prettiest ad we have =)

Which sadly says a lot. :)

The ad could be featuring so many other games, but these are actually a very good pointer towards what is out there, and what to expect from CWF. There is no way we could make a good ad with 300+ games featuring anyway. :)
