Just because I didn't have already many things going on, here's a little bundle of joy who came to live with us today.
Say hello to TK, a 8 week old Swedish Vallhund.

@Raillo: Good to see you again. I am making myself a cappucino at the moment so I will come join you in a sec.
@eMTe: Glad to hear you got rid of the tooth from hell. I hope you will get some rest.
@Zyx: It looks really cute! I love dogs, but I can't have one because Tanja is extremely allergic. We both grew up with dogs, so we really hate that Anna wont have the option of doing so too.

Hello TK!!! :dog:

Do you think you can train her (or him?) to play computer games? We could need some more game hunters.

I'm pretty sure she'll be more interested in all those cat videos on YouTube, but let's see…

That's a good description, but it's really close to corgis. Unfortunately no-one knows for sure about their history, but it is certain that the vikings used this breed. Whether they brought this breed to UK and it became those fluffy corgis, or the vikings took a liking to corgis and brought them over to Scandinavia is also unknown. They are shepherd dogs and they're pretty good at that because of their short legs they can easily avoid the cows' hooves.

They also probably have some strange name in different languages, in Finnish it's länsigöötanmaan pystykorva.

I wish global warming ceased to develop. It's gonna be -2 on Friday night, according to forecasts. It's almost May and we get freeze at nights, cursed CO2 pollution.

If it'll continuse to be this way our generation will boil alive.

Wouldn't we be more likely to freeze? :)

Well we had frost last night, and Anna is sick and I have to ride my bike with her to my dads place so he can babysit today while I go to work. That is going to be a cold trip. Poor Anna.
Tanja had to drive a long way to a doctor today to get her allergies checked, so she has the car. I am just hoping that my allergies will be more gentle to me this year than last. It seems to be going that way after I stopped smoking.
Anyone else in here allergic?

I'm going to run my second half-marathon tomorrow. Let's see if I can do better than last year. Weather is not really my friend as I don't like running when it's sunny and they said it will be 20 degree without a single cloud. So maybe I should start searching for a cap.

I am pretty jealous. My knee is still giving me problems. I was supposed to run my first half-marathon last sunday, so that was a hard day for me to get past. I was really acking inside, and more so as my brther-in-law was out running that particular run...
