Diamond Lines

Post by eMTe »

Remake of something I suppose, but I dont feel like searching right now. Match three or five diamonds of the same colour in a row to remove them. Three modes of play. Diamonds can be moved freely around the board, unless the way is blocked. Several bonuses are available. Good graphics.

Indeed this looks good, but it also looks hard on the later levels.

Good clean puzzlefun. I was addicted to this classic gameplay within seconds, and have been playing it quite a while these last couple of days. At least as long as the other games in here lets me stray from them. :)
I liked the graphical side of this as always with Gametop games.

The game is not very balanced. In arcade mode it is very easy at first (I didn't even realize that you could loose lives within the first four galaxies) and then it suddenly becomes that hard that you will only survive with pure luck (around the time when purple and pink diamonds come up).

The technical side of the game is good, besides the fact that I can only close it by using the task master (but that might be because of my firewall) and my save game was lost when I did so.
