"The Lost Stones Chronicles: Kingdom Realms" is a real time strategy game with great graphics and an excellent soundtrack. It is supposed to be the first part in a trilogy.
Unfortunately the gameplay isn't as good as the presentation. The characters are hard to control (they tend to walk against buildings and totter around if they get into each others way), there's no radar or small map (so it's hard to find your units on the big map again) and sometimes it's hard to find out what you should do next (especially in the beginning).
And you should ignore the background story: It starts ok, but then turns into some christian proselytisation I don't like at all in a computer game ("God loves you and he wants you to be in heaven with him!").
But enough of the negative points, I think you should try this game nonetheless, because of the graphics and the music. Let's see what the developer wrote about his game:
"Around 300 bc a number of grecians decided to leave greece. Fed up with the ongoing strive and wars they left in search of a better place to live. after weeks of travel the grecians arrived at an island, unknown to them. They lived for many years on the island in peace. Many years later, young man discovered a cave with an ancient tomb in it. besides much treasure a number of fragments of stone with strange inscriptions were found also. A governor of on of the kingdom realms financed a number of expeditions to various ruins and caves on the island to find more of the fragments of what had become known as the lost stones. But.... a passage was also opened to unknown regions under the island, unleashing a number of fierce creatures.

It is really sad that the developer did not continue his work on this title. The graohics are top-shelf, the gameplay could be great with some fine-tuning, and the overall feel could work had it not been for the poor motion of the characters, the not fully functional 3D, and the lack of a minimap.
Sad to say - but this is a game that could have been great, but ended up mediocre with flaws.

I am installing it right now. From the screenies and description, it looks like an Age of Empires like game.
If that is the case, it might be interesting to play.

It seems more like a mixture of games. Stronghold in some areas and Dink Smallwood in others.
