Id say it is hot waffle, but Im hungry at the moment and my mind is a bit dim. Hot waffle with whipped cream only waiting to be poured on it.

This type of thing was around WAAAAYYYY before electronics. Very old stuff this one. :)

And it is not a top from a bottle - cologne or otherwise. I can tell you that the top thing (irony looking) has a twin close to it. (or sort of anyway)
