OK, now I get a flood of guesses that are all pretty much correct.

I guess Chroelle was first and close enough to:


the dome from either a railroad tank car or off a propane/LNG tank. I see lots of propane tanks with these domes out in the countryside, but don't know if they are in Europe too like this.

I guess Chroelle can go now...

Nope, it's not in Germany. And the stock exchange is in Frankfurt (wiki) by the way. :)

Thanks for the link. The article was pretty interesting. But now I got no clue what this is is except maybe one of the buildings in London? Somehow that wall looks familiar, if only through books though.
