Based on the Top Trumps card game, Cool Trumps: Supreme, is a fun, challenging remake of the popular classic.

Features include two professionally-designed, 30-card packs, 3 difficulty levels, profile registration, trackable stats and fully-automated computer turns (sit back and relax whilst the AI thinks out it's call).

Also, future versions will include online play, chat, card-submission (send us your homemade packs and they might make it into the game!) and an auto-updater which will automatically search for brand new packs and download them ready for you to play!

First of all: Welcome to our forum!

Your game really looks nice! I liked that kind of card game when I was a child. I will try it tomorrow (right at the moment I'm at work and can't download stuff).

Ok, I downloaded and played it now. Nice game so far and the cards are really well-made. But there are also some things that I don't like:

1. The font you use in the start menu is too rough in my eyes. It would look better if you change it to another one.
2. Game crashed when I played the Tennis Stars pack. My opponent had just one card left and we had a draw with that last card. I had the same situation when I played the Predators pack before, but the game didn't crash then.
3. I'm not a big tennis fan, but I would like the tennis pack better if there were some real superstars like John McEnroe, Ivan Lendl, Andre Agassi or Boris Becker.

But as said before, I like the game so far and I'm going to download the other packs from your homepage.

Thanks for the review. You'd be amazed how many people just say "Yeah, it's good" or "It's rubbish" without actually taking time to give proper feedback. Really appreciate the time you've taken to do that.

We don't have many packs yet because we only released it on the 16th. We're actively working on version 1.3 which will have online and an external application that will allow anyone to add their packs to the game.

EDIT: I think we know why the game crashes now. You can eradicate the error by creating a new profile before you start a game. This will be fixed for 1.3.

Doesn't the game save your profile? Everytime I start, Ihave to create a new one and my stats are lost.

And another problem: I can't play the football legends pack I've downloaded from your homepage. I extracted it into the right folder, but it seems the game doesn't recognize it. Do I have to create the entries to the specific files manually?

Yes, the game saves your profile when you exit. It should create a new folder in your directory called 'Profiles' and will save them in there. If you open that folder up then you can view your created profiles.

As for the pack you downloaded, there should of been an installation file included in the archive. That details how to add downloaded packs to the game... it only involves added a few lines of text to some files so the game knows its there.

In the next version the game will auto-load the last profile saved to make it easier.

This game has so much potential, but all of my games ended in a crash...
The cardgame itself moves way too fast to keep up with why you lose, which annoyed me quite a bit. It made me feel like I was only part of the game when I was choosing what to battle at...
