I would say it's a modern remake of Ladri di Biciclette, but baldy looks too funny for such a movie. I say I dont know.

I know it. In France it's called "Bienvenue chez les ch'tis". This film is the most successful film ever been shown in France and tells the story of a postal officer who's been transferred from the sunny south to the grey and belgian-close northern France region.

When I was in Paris, I watched it and wondered how it was possible to make a translation of this film.

Ok, here is my favourite actor who had been such a masterpiece of an actor that he completely outshined stars like Bruce Willis or Kevin Costner in major productions from the late 80's and early 90's.

This is .....?

Exactly!

For the trivia:
In the German version of Die Hard 1, Hans Gruber became Jack Gruber and his companions of the "Radical West-German Volksfrei Movement" became Irish terrorists. WTF?!

Go on scythe.

Ah, the famous Grubers of Ireland.

This movie caused a massive ruckus back then as the springboard for a famous horror writer/director. Just remade.
