Fineas is the name of Little Wizards protagonist (which I havent watched also), but this one hardly looks like LW.

EDIT: Sorry it seemed I made a typo. It's Phineas. I looked for an english version and found someone who was propably Danish who translated it into Fineas and Ferb (as they are called in Denmark).

And indeed it is. And I actually quite like it. The whole story is that these two guys is on summerleave and is hanging out in the backyard figuring out what to do today (Think Pinky and the brain...) and then they come up with some insane plan to for example build a rollercoaster that can be seen all over town, and Candis the sister will try to get their mom to discover what they are doing with little luck. Somewhat amusing to watch...
