Happy Belated from eMTe The Always Belated. :/

Following Chrolle's comment from elsewhere. Try typing "freeware games" in Google and go to third page. Amazing.

And then try to type quality freeware games afterwards :D
You dont have to go to any page....

EDIT: And a word on activity. Two weeks ago I stopped by CWF after not being in here 2 days. The count of new posts: 7
Today I stopped by after being in here around 24 hours ago - number of new posts: 71! That is good progress.

IS anyone else feeling that CWF is going places we wanted it to go since 2006?

Depends on where you wanted to go Curly. ;) Seriously, I think we have a lot of good freeware games, I don't know if there is a bigger collection out there.
The only problem is I'm not really a gamer these times. I played three games in 2008 (Madden, NBA 2k8 and Broken Sword 2.5).

Oh, and by the way, this forum even works on my cellphone, thats where I'm writing this.
Do we have some exotic beers here? I'll take one. Cheers!

And if we agree that people are usually too lazy to write freeware games with ""s we're only one page lower. Results vary a bit depending on language version, but we're extremely high. Is this possible?

Did I understood correctly: Most of the google searches leading to this site are related to game of nude women fighting? The most downloaded game here is related to female vampire killer getting nude? I kinda see a pattern here...

I guess we could get more erotic games to the curriculum and this site would get more popular. From there CWF could go to Playboy magazine :)

What, you just figured that out now?

Lack of quality erogames is a barrier though. ;)

I remember that when i was young, i was fascinated and excited, over experiencing how many free games there was. But over time as i grew older, and found more, i played less and less the games themselves. And now, when you think you've found almost them all, you can't use it to much because you're more interested in finding games, than in actually playing them.

A good point. I must say that the thrill of hunting for gems sometimes overshadows the thrill of playing at least some of them.
But I still get a kick out of playing a truelly great free game, though I always think to myself that I will return to it later, and then instantly think that I wont find time. Funny how this works. :)

Well a little update on offline life (aka real life).
Yesterday me and the fiancé spent the night a a hotel and went to dinner - had a real romantic time with the kiddo being watched after. Its really nice to concentrate on the two of us sometimes.
Now we are looking forward to next weekend where our one-week vacation from work starts. I am gonna get so much time to do stuff that I have postponed or not had time to do...
Expect to see me a lot in here in week 7.

Also a lady came and looked at our apartement during the last week and she might very well be interested in buying. She is doing the math currently.

We also got our weddingrings bought. Really beauties. Mine is just the way I wanted it. And we shaved 25% off the prize. I will see if I can post a picture of it after the wedding. Its a handmade ring so there is no pics of it, since it hasn't been made yet.

Things are going great at the moment for me! (Jinx)

How is everyone else doing?

Thanks. It wont be until May 30th but still we are getting closer. To imagine it has been almost a year since my proposal seems weird.

I had so many meetings this morning that I got totally buried in them - I was hoping to get some submissions done in here, but that will be another day.

I am home sick today, so first off I am going in on my couch and watch Superman - The "new" one. And then I am gonna go play some games I think. I might even write a review today. I am starting to feel a bit more for that than I have in a while.

What a night.... Tanja has been sick with the flu for a couple of days, and me and Anna have been trying to get the best of the situation with not being able to go into the bedroom (which you have to cross to get to Annas room), and being as quiet as possible to not wake Tanja up.
Yesterday we went to my dads birthday and it was really cozy and fun, but when I came home I started feeling nauseaus and luckily I sleep on the couch when Tanja is sick, otherwise I would never had made it to the bathroom in time. I was getting really sick and today I feel like CRAP!

So my vacation which was supposed to be spent doing some chores, getting some weddingthings in order, and primarily playing alot of CWF games, suddently looked alot different when I found myself on the couch not being able to eat anything and watching "The little house on the prairie".
Luckiily Anna was going to kindergarten today, so I was able to relax and not think about her. Tanja is feeling better so she will pick her up shortly, and I am feeling well enough to dig deeper into Iffermoon. GREAT GAME!

Anyone else been hit by the flu this season?

Well ot coule have an effect that you dont live in a big city, but still you should be exposed even in the countryside. I always used to be the guy who was never sick, and I have been sick 3 times in the last 2 months. It all seems very weird. But then again, we do take home germs from three different institutions in my family.

I get sick all the time, but somehow managed to miss the flu this time around.
