Do they look that sick? In fact they are dancing and singing. Movie was in the cinemas just some weeks ago (at least in Germany) and it is about an old-people chorus that is singing modern rock, pop and punk songs.
Now I gave away everything. You just have to google the title...

I actually know I have seen this one, but I am totally at a loss, since I have seen quite a few movies with wolfs in them....
