Tell me if it is free or not free, because clues I gathered are not precise. Download links can be found everywhere, pretty strange for abandonware game. I guess some kind of license can be found in folder, but what irritates me is that I cant find reference to freeware status. For now - stays here.

or elsewhere. Go look for other, because RB3D was and is still being heavily patched with various campaigns and aircrafts being added. Almost like open source game. This adds more mystery to the subject.

Found a news article on Chip.de (german computer onlinemag, one of the bigger ones). According to them, Sierra released Red Baron as Freeware as a promo for a new part.
Sadly, I could not find any official announcement by Sierra.
