CheckerBoard is the most fully featured free windows interface to checkers programs. Over the years, it has matured considerably, and you can do lots of things with it - more than with most commercial checkers programs.
CheckerBoard makes use of Cake, according to author, one of the strongest PC engine. Apart from Cake you can play with several different engines, some good for beginners, since Cake is practically impossible to beat.
Multitude of options, neat design.
