Not bug probably, but a little inconvenience (or was it overlooked?). On main site last submissions from Scythe (walkthroughs) are displayed as games added. This is mistaking, cause it looks like new or different versions of the game were added. Can we differentiate types of submissions so that they can be correctly displayed? (fe - walkthrough/guide/cheats etc)

Reason is that there is no engine for displaying valktroughs, guides etc. so they are added as game files, and are displayed as game versions. Actually, the engine behind the curtains do interprete the guides/walkthroughs just as game files...

Ok, we have 2008 now and there's still no possibility to add games that are published this year (no field for 2008). Would be nice if you can fix it (best add a field for 2009 and 2010 as well - this way you don't have to deal with it for the next three years ;)).

Well, I added 2008. But I do not guarantee it works O_o. (My memory is not as it used to be...)

PA, could you do me a favour? Try game edit tool (No I have not fixed it, but I should try..). And do following steps:

go to the page where game submitter ID is asked (amongst other things), and select view->source from exploder or mozilla or whatever you're using ;)

Copy paste the whole source in development forum.

fill in the fields (make sure you also fill the game submitter ids ;) ) and tell me which IDs you used.

copy paste the error message in dev forum.

Thx :)

Forgot to say that I only used Spanek's style.

And PA, have you changed style when the edit game tool stopped co-operation?

I will do it tonight. But tell me again in which forum I should post the source? I think you want it in a non-public place, but the only two non-public forums I have access to are Game-Hunter and News forum...

P.S.: Might be possible that I changed from Spanek's style to F1-Subsilver when the tool refused to work. But even if I change back it won't work.

In DevForum. If you logout and in again, you should see it. You're a coder now :D

No need to hurry! Now that I know that it works in Spanek's style, I can easiely change to that style if I want to add games that were published in 2008.

If you can tell me the code-snippet, and where to insert it, then I can add it to the other styles, but only if you believe I can do it.

I believe I might have done it today @_o

And C, I do believe you would have been perfectly capable of doing it, if I knew how to write the instructions. But since I did not really remember how, and because I needed to open files in order to check that, it was just all the same to add the few lines at same time :) I am still not sure it works though, I do not remember whether I need to change any other things. So please report me if something fails :/

And PA, the multiple developers problem has not been fixed in edit tool.

Is it possible to put in more interviews than 5 yet? Because I am awaiting some interviews in the next week. But you never know... They might take longer than I think (or they said).

Shouldn't the game info pages contain a compability info about Windows Vista as well? So far there are only infos about Win 95, Win 98, Win 2000 and Win XP...

Maybe you can make links in game descriptions clickable as well (on game info pages)?
