Her name (and the name of the cartoon) is two words that are the same (like Joe Joe lets say).

Well it was rather famous. The comic is French, but the name of the character sounds more Russian. :D (No more hints.)

I remember seeing a review of that long time ago and if I recall correctly it's Natasha (something?). But I have no idea, what the comic is called.

Well I will give you that one since the comic is called Natascha, but I didn't want to give away that the comic was the same name as the main character. But your turn nonetheless.
