Well if this isn't just a cute little counterstrike clone (if you ask me it is funnier than CS).
The game is pretty much the same as Counterstrike. You play on one team, trying to eliminate the tickets of the other team...
You can choose from your classic Counterstrike weapons, both primary, secondary and special (explosives) and then it is out and blast the other team.
The cool twist is that it is not the graphics you play this game for, but the gamplay. Walls are shot up, and hence suddenly dont offer protection any more, and bullets are flying around you all the time, as you throw a grenade across the screen and blast away 3 opponents placed too close together for their own good.

A waste it is. I don't mind shooting a few guys now and then, and I appreciate the small variety you get from different weapons (though I couldn't see much difference apart from how quickly you had to reload).
The AI, unfortunately, is atrocious. Both your men and the enemy walk back and forth randomly until an enemy is sighted, upon which they fire with unerring accuracy. The only useful tactic is attacking from behind a wall then dodging back to avoid the shots. Using the same tactic over and over got old in about two minutes.
A pity.
