I played this and I must admit I was highly entertained for a good long time. Try it out, and see how far you make it.

I wonder if one can actually be saved in this game?

After validating, I decided to play a little more. Here's my final home. I can't for the life of me figure out how to launch the raft...

I just wonder if one might eventually run into a volleyball called Wilson?
I haven't even built the raft yet, but I just got a sudden urge to try and get to that part.

Nice game! I have a built a hut, a fireplace and a torch by now. But I can't figure out which items to combine to get an axe. I think I'll need it to build new things.

Think stones and branches... If I remember correctly.

No, stones and branches will make a hammer or a spear, but no axe...

I remember finding somewhere how you made the stuff needed... But I have no idea where I found it...

Also I can announce that Stranded II is available now on the developers site. Maybe this deserves a thread :D

You get the axe from the old guy. If playing in English, note that he has two "Nets" - one of them is an axe...

Oh, and btw combine hemp with a leaf. :D

Thank you, I didn't find this old dopehead before...

It's quite easy, when you´re somewhere near the raft, and you open the menu, there will be something like "Use Raft" (I don´t know for sure, because I played in German). Then you have to use the backward key to swim forward (strange but true). That's it...

Btw: Isn't it strange that you are safe of the lions when you climb up a tree? As far as I know lions are cats and they are supposed to be quite good climbers. I don't think they will leave you alone when climb up a tree. And I won't try if I ever meet a lion ;).

Lions aren't fond of climbing trees, but they can do it. I'm not sure they'd be good at climbing those vertical palm trees with no branches though. ;) But it's best not to pull too much logic here. What the heck are lions doing on a deserted island anyway? And why don't they attack the old guy or the native?

About launching the raft, it also took me at least 10 minutes to figure out how to communicate with the old guy... not very intuitive. And I'd forgotten all about it by the time I was ready to launch "Betty"

Please do share how you did get to talk to the old guy. I remember having issues with that...
Now where did I find those guidelines to this game...?

Same way PA launched his raft apparently. Open the menu and go to the first tab.
